We are accepting candidates with backgrounds in Commercial Property & Casualty OR Employee Benefits sales. Candidates do not need to be licensed or experienced in both, but that’s certainly a plus.

With the appropriate licenses, agents at LBW can earn uncapped sales commissions on:
- Property & Casualty – Commercial and Personal Lines
- Group Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.
- Life, Disability, and LTC – Both group and individual
- CA Department of Insurance P & C License OR Life & Health License (Required)
- CA Drivers License (Required)
- Proven record of success in an Insurance Sales role. Ability and hunger to prospect and close business
- Ability to identify, connect to, and converse effectively with Business Owners and High Net Worth Individuals
- Knowledge of insurance carriers and their respective coverages.
- Ability to assess the unique risks of each prospect/client to determine the correct coverages needed.
- Base Salary Range + Unlimited commission potential
