Health Care Reform - Neil Crosby, Warner Pacific - Neil is Vice President of Public Affairs for the California Association of Health Underwriters and is a recognized authority on California health care policy. He has worked extensively with lawmakers in Sacramento and has written numerous articles on California health care reform. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions of Neil and the entire panel.

Employment Law Update (Valencia) - Brian Koegle, Poole & Shaffery - Brian is a partner at Poole & Shaffery, LLP. With a focus on labor and employment law, he provides counsel with regard to hiring practices, employment contracts, wage and hour issues, compensation, discipline and termination matters.

Employment Law Update (North Hollywood) - Sue Bendavid, Lewitt Hackman - Sue specializes in employment litigation and counseling, primarily for employers. She assists with hiring and firing practices, wage and hour issues, leaves of absence, claims for wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, preparation of employee handbooks, policies and employment agreements, and performance management.
